Paul Salmon has moved out of banking into hospitality, opening successful restaurants in New York and restaurants and hotels also Jamaica where has also setup a philanthropic foundation that has raised millions of dollar to establish schools to ensure young Jamaicans can maximise their opportunities in life. He has even employed some of his school graduates in his business.
